Why not think seriously---> do we really think Pies r gonna do that well after yet another wasted trading period like that one, then there's the talk that the team is not united and disgruntled with Bucks? I was at the Grand Final and the Essendon after match function and shuddered when i heard Sheeds say back to back coz when he talks he means business. He promised they would rectify the one point loss to Carlton and that they did.
Speaking of Carlton I have a feeling they are gonna be the surprise next year and head back down to the bottom with us especially after all that trouble with John Elliot and Aaron Hamill... but who knows yet we haven't even had the drafts or seen any teams train.

I don't know about your school, but I wore my scarf the Saturday after that loss. And the rest of the week. Actually, I wore it every day all season, and I didn't take it off when we lost.
And during round 22, I didn't go to the game (a bit hard when (A) i live 3 hrs away and (B) I have to play netball every Saturday) but I listened to it on the radio (I didn't miss ONE GAME ALL YEAR) and cheered every time we got a goal or did something good. Never mind if I looked like an idiot sitting in the car cheering!
And if ESSENDON fans allegedly dropped off when the going got tough, then there would be no members after last years preliminary, hey? Why do we have more members than last year?
And Dan24, I agree. Mags should get his facts right before he goes and says those things! We, by far, had the largest attendance this year and it's been consistently large for a long, long, long, long time now.
