I am a cricket fanatic, i love watching australia win, but i could not watch todays game, i mean i had it on and was tuning in and out, but i could not sit there and physically watch it. I am sure that my games on saturday are more interesting, i know these guys are talented, but no longer do we hear lines like cricket is a funny game, all they need a is a quick wicket. Our boys are fantastic but now it is predictable.

I'm not as cynical as you but it can be extremely boring. High scoring draws are the worst. That said the games that are fixed are pretty good. Pakistan lost to NZ in the UAE late last year "collapsing" with their last six wickets falling for 24 runs. It was epic.

I think if you not grown up with Test cricket or Gridiron they going to be boring if got no idea of all the rules and skills.
Had same impression first time looked at Gridiron. Human chess was my impression. Never went back after a few attempts to watch and work it out.
