Hi Anyone Know Who to contact On Water Waste Due To Faulty product this company still seem to sell. I would think our Water Reserves is getting wasted reading the complaints . Water is becoming scarce and should be treated like gold they need to be fined and these system illegal to sell anywhere that are suppose to be energy sufficient. The water corporation, there is a special certificate you need to fill out, if your water usage costs is too high. You'd need to get conformation that fault of water wastage was not your doing an unacceptable product didn't work .
Its that kind of thing.
A plumber would need to confirm your problem, then request relief from the water-corporation for high water Bill.
They do help out, but you have to have all the info..
But if you are way out of dollar, for excess water use, then you need the form.
