Way to get into the next GF Telephone Ballot?

I haven't checked the fine print of the Terms and Conditions, but...

There is going to a further ballot of Grand Final tickets for members who have Club Support packages of the two competing teams.

I wonder what would happen if in the week before the game - once we know who's playing - if you rang up the Membership Department and said you've had a sudden conversion and would like to change from your current team to become a Essendon/Carlton/Brisbane/whoever's playing Club Support member instead? ('Competition Package' holders should be able to at least, given they are thoroughly rooted otherwise...)

Reading The Age the last few weeks,to get into the ballot for g.f tickets,having a punt in the high rollers club should get you into the big one.

Hey, Full members paid a hefty joining fee and then waited on the restricted list (some for up to 15 years) to become Full members, pay well over a hundred dollars more each year when they finally do, and despite the AFL marketing a Grand Final seat as the reason for paying all this money and waiting all this time, have then sleazely taken this away.

And besides, the GF tickets aren't going to "ordinary" fans, they went to Medallion Club ****ers.

The point I'm making is that AFL full members paid the AFL $136 more than Restricted this year, and should get what they paid this extra money for.
