Why does everyone judge their 2018 based on players 2017 output ? .......sure you can do with experienced players (JJ, Sloane, Walker ect) ......but not the 1-4 year players

Do you think the 2018 Gallucci will be the same player as the 2017 ? .......Poholke, Milera, Doedee ?

It's exactly this sort of player appraisal that saw only a minority talking Greenwood up, at this stage last year

Apart from the last game of the year we were easily the best team of the year, so bringing in Gibbs and Gov and maybe Smith for next year in a GF are those three going to change the outcome if we can make it that's a lot of changes to this years end team

You have to get in and amongst it before the weights room pays off.

Id throw him in the ring before the weights room, and besides, he really isnt that slight and never has been.

Well we certainly can't simply repeat last years efforts ......there were warning signs throughout the season (NM, MELB) that only become obvious in hindsight ......so the gameplan / structure will change .....it's one of the reasons we chased Gibson

Lost Cameron, so we desperately need what Charlie could do (same Smith) .....which was to break a game open offensively .....step up Milera

Yes ...i can see at least 4 changes

A lot of time for that to go up to a higher number, especially with another 1-2 preseasons.

There is never a point, and there is never going to be a point where we failed by drafting Danger over Ebert.

Any chance of that died in 2012.

They were classy but still had a determination to their play that Milera hasn't exhibited yet

He needs to back it up though. We've seen him have short good patches but at the point in his career he's at, he needs to be finding consistency.

For sure - also think having him come off the half back is a good spot for him

That was my thought as well. I have been disappointed with Milera so far but last night when I saw him coming in off the half back I started to think is this his future spot.
