When your skills are developing and not elite the quick handball game will not work. We looked better moving the ball by foot.

Hopefully this has been a learning experience this season for them
A few of the coaches need to sit down and watch the movie
"Cool Runnings" a lot of trying to be the Swiss and not being
true to the basics of the game. Good high scoring contest
with Carlton having a few real quality forwards on display as
well as Davey down back who is a gun player.

Only caught the last few minutes, couple of massive tackles by Ernst to keep us in it :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

Big Red goes alright :) I went to the game, it was a good comeback, but the second and third quarters were terrible. Our backline concerns me, really poor one on one and lots of crucial errors, it was scary everytime the blues went forward.

The season was a bit of a write off once Brennan went down, we don't have any real marking forwards without her.

If we just instead went with the chaosball approach then we might have had a slightly better season.

Groves seems pretty calm. Would have been nice to win another game or two but their lack of depth has been exposed.
Need another marking forward and more depth down back.

Elyse Gamble can take a mark, so can Lauren Sparks (but she's the dogs CHB). With Gamble she's just not a consistent marking target (hasn't got the fitness to be at the right spots). KB is a HUGE loss, she would have sorted out the forward line and made sure someone was there all the time.
