Brisbane in all sorts at 31/4 off 6.0 overs. Adelaides game now unless Brisbane can pull a bit of a hail mary.

Where's Brown? If you have: Schutt, Mushangwe, Wellington and Georgia Adams, thats a world class attack right there.
And they're still top 3How can we have a comp where one team has played 5 games and another team has only played 2 games eg Sydney Thunder.

I generally think all those teams below the Thunder are bad too.And they're still top 3![]()
Can see the Strikers going WLWL all season. Hopefully enough to qualify for finals.I generally think all those teams below the Thunder are bad too.
Actually wouldnt be surprised now that same Top 3 , will be the same Top 3 come the end of the season.
Did anyone else see the runout of Du Preez? That ruling by the umpire was completely wrong!!
The Laws of the Game state that, if the bails are already off, you have to remove a stump either by pulling it out of the ground, or knocking it out, 'providing that the ball is held in the hand or hands so used, or in the hand of the arm so used'.
The bowle held the ball in her right hand and pulled out the stump with her left hand. The fact that she then tapped the ball onto the stump that was now out of the ground means nothing.
I mean, I knew that rule when I was 8 - never expected to actually see it. How the umpire got it wrong is a mystery.
I just logged into Foxtel and saw the replay of what looks like it should have been a wicket - why wasn't it out?
