Don't the West Aussies have to be double vaxxed to get in the state, so eliminate Zurhaar and Hayden. I NT have the same vax rules, take out Hally and Anderson2 players whose home states are not Victoria, which based on their original clubs could be any of:
Jed Anderson, Bailey Scott, Jared Polec, Tom Powell, Tarryn Thomas, Patrick Walker, Phoenix Spencer, Kyron Hayden, Matt McGuiness, Aaron Hall, Cam Zurhaar, Callum Coleman-Jones
There is legit concerns re the vaccines. For example there had been whistleblower evidence that phase three was not conducted under proper scrutiny. FDa itself also wants 55 years before it releases the data relating to approvals. 55 years. You also can't sue Pfizer them for an adverse reaction.
If govts. are forcing vaccine mandates on people, there should naturally be the right to sue for any adverse reactions. This is an industry that has demonstrated its power and regulatory capture on many occassions.
Disclosure. I have had two Pfizer shots.

Not true. The evidentiary requirements are just higher for claims over $20,000.from what i've read it's $5k - $20k. Pathetic.
This nonsense. You absolutely have the right to sue a manufacturer using the existing legal system. There is legit concerns re the vaccines. That might be relevant if we lived in the USA. We don’t though and can still sue pharmaceutical companies under Australian law.
- Under the PREP Act, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

Complete coincidence; he’s clearly had a number of concussions and each one seems to have had more of a lasting impact. It’s a genuine shame.Coincidence that Brad Sheppard is rumoured to be retiring shortly?

Month or two back there was coverage on the local news of the Eagles getting their first dose done, going from a month plus old memory, I think shepherd was in the footage
I understand the confusion but that’s not how an indemnity works. You still sue the manufacturer, it’s just that the Govt have said they’ll ultimately cover any damages payable if the case is successful. Effectively acting like the insurer. No you don't. Pfizer is indemnified. You have to sue the govt.
Not true. The evidentiary requirements are just higher for claims over $20,000.
It's extremely difficult to find direct links to the vaccine causing a death. the vaccine contributes to heart, nervous and autoimmune system issues that then results in death or injury. the system is rigged so you don't get a fair payout and big pharma isn't blamed.

He’s second guy off the bus.
Let’s put this one to bed. If he does retire it’ll be due to concussion.
