Agree. Feds could have stopped a lot of doubting by guaranteeing compo for any adverse outcomes. It is a community effort and those few that do have a bad outcome should be covered.

I understand the confusion but that’s not how an indemnity works. You still sue the manufacturer, it’s just that the Govt have said they’ll ultimately cover any damages payable if the case is successful. Effectively acting like the insurer.

Or you can access compo through the no fault scheme, which doesn’t require you to sue anyone

It's extremely difficult to find direct links to the vaccine causing a death. the vaccine contributes to heart, nervous and autoimmune system issues that then results in death or injury. the system is rigged so you don't get a fair payout and big pharma isn't blamed.
