Big deal its only one game. Remember last year the Wildcats lost there first 3 games and then we went on and won 20 of the remaining 21 games and marched on to the Championship.

Oh yeah , in the words of Ted Whitten, we stuck it right up them, Fisher, Vlahov, all of them. Get ready for all the 'it's just one game' garbage from Wildcats fans, if they had won they'd be saying how they were the best and unbeatable. The fact is we defeated them on their court, without Maley and their fans just have to take it.
Ohh baby, it's so great when the "champs" fall flat on their face after all the crap Fisher and Vlahov have been saying this week.

All pre season there has been a lot of crap spoken by Perth players and their fans about how good they were and how they were going all the way again. So for them to lose to us, the Sixers, is hopefully a wake up call for them. Personally, I did not think we played very well, our real threats anyway are the teams in Melbourne.

Poor misguided souls. The loss was probably better for us so i thank you. It makes us remember that we're not unbeatable and that the title isnt a shoe in. The same happened last year we lost our first three and then we buckled down got focused and kicked some ass. So you 36ers prolly should have lost ah well Roll on the Wildcat juggernaught!

hehehe ... that's gotta hurt after all the Wildcat carry on of late. With Anstey only out for 4-6 now and the Bear and D-Mac firing up watch for the Titans to go one better this year

I recon 1 player cant change the club, Melbourne will struggle, Gaze,Copeland and Bradtke are getting older. I think yous will make atleast the final 4, but Owes, and NBA reject (look at nba.com and look at his stats!) wont turns you's into champions!

Crowz4eva im not saying Adelaide lost, they did well and won in our house which is a big effort but im glad in a way to lose with all the hoopla that is surrounding the Wildcats. This way we can come back down to Earth and worry about the real threat to the title....

Ant i heard that too but im not sure if we actually did sign him. I didnt see the game against Adelaide so i dont know if he was in the line up. C4E you saw it was Spears playing for us?
I think he spent the game on the bench, just watching the team, seeing how they play etc. Next game he should get on court.

Hey Ant do you have any info on him i dont know anything about him is he any good what position does he play and so forth ive heard nothing about him?
I don't know much, but Spears supposedly played in the ABA with the Nunawading Spectres for two years, and in the 1999 season played along side Jason Smith there (This is info from the Wildcats message board). Also mentioned that he plays above the rim. Not a lot of info apart from that, but sounds like he'd be handy off the bench.

Well done Adelaide, on beating us on the weekend. Obvioulsy it means much more to you South Australians than us West Aussies. The fact that we have a better sheffield shield team, mercantile mutual cup team, soccer team, most probably rugby union team and rugby league team, state amateur golf team, lawn bowls team, better horses (Rogan Josh won last years Melb Cup and is from WA), football teams, and we still hold the NBL Championship. Now after all that, the fact you beat us in Perth gives you so much pleasure, im happy for you. For your sake I hope Perth doesn't beat Adelaide when they play at your home court, because im sure you will get very depressed realising how crap your state really is when it comes to current sporting success.

Now Shane Heal is spouting off about wanting to play on Brett Maher to show him how good he is....what is it with these guys? Are they so afraid of playing the 36ers they have to build themselves up or something???
