Is block 214 also squishy? Ive got three tix in that section - hopefully it isnt too bad. I really wanna hear the cheer squad go off. As a neutral im hoping for a great game

LOL, there won't be 5000 coming across. Probably closer to 1500 plus a thousand or so based in Perth already.

BTW if anyone's interested, 1500 seats going on sale at 9am tomorrow. Some of them top quality too (corporate seats not taken up).

Singapore Airlines were offering flights Adelaide - Singapore - Perth for about $990 return because there weren't enough flights direct.

Wow, i wonder if any fans jumped on that. I remember back in 05/06 eagles fans were flying up to Asia and then accross to Melbourne to get to the granny. (We might've done it too last year but there was no story on it)

Yeah, a bit, I sat there going back some 9-10 years or so. It was OK, was a good place for atmosphere at the time (not sure these days) so that might suit, anything on the 2nd level in the three tiered stand area is great for noise/feel (was in that general area last year for the Prelim and it was great). View is pretty good too, not great (as you'd expect behind the goals), but it's OK.

There were a few of those too. If I recall correctly the cheapest flights the week before the GF was Perth-New Zealand-Melbourne.
