Why does playing together matter. Even if they don't know each other, if Buckley is a good fit, then make the call and see if you click.

This. Besides closing down space what benefit do you get from corralling? At least if you try and tackle you force the other player to make a decision under pressure, which hopefully could result in a turnover or free quick. If you corral, on the other hand, you allow them time and space to make the correct decision.

Voss was a senior assistant. He has been in the system for over a decade. This is not necessary. Support him with tactical guns and positional specialists. Soft cap matters.

Salopek is one I'd like to understand in terms of progression. He's been with our Women's team as coach, but I rated him at Port as a player and would be keen to understand where he sits career wise.

Who is our ruck coach? I know Kruezer was given a role at some stage, but can't see him on our official coaches listing.

I think that Kreuz was brought in to work with TDK as a specialist ruck coach to try and get him more mobile below his knees. He was doing the same with Pitto but it didn't seem to work as well.
