I wouldn't mind Hale - is as dangerous as most ruckmen when resting up forward.
North are normally pretty rational in pricing their players come trade time and they need midfielders. We might get Hale for Carrazzo and an early second round pick from another club, obviously you'd need to trade a player like Russell to get that and probably downgrade a pick.
Peter Street is an interesting one. I think we could get him for a fourth round pick and he'd be a good stop-gap measure.

ummm Hale's having a fine year, possibly the best year of his career in fact maybe think before you type next time ?
For once i'm agreeing with you. And don't worry, the club does too.
What does Brogan do for our long term future except give away a 3rd round pick (and lucky if you could get him for that) that could be utilized on a decent young player?
Warnock is tall, and can get those hitouts down - that's the department we're currently lacking in. Added to that he is young and could have a very big future. He would be perfect.

I think Warnock would be an absolutely massive edition to our side. I'd give our 2nd round pick + Russell for him. Chuck in Carrazzo for free

totally disagree with your assessment of his year.
Warnock in, cloke out... I'd go for that but not at a great cost...
Don't forget McLaren - what a gun pickup he was ??
Operation David Mundy and R. Warnock should be high on the carlton priorities list
I actually think Street would be a good fit for you. He has serious deficiences, but you had success with a similar type in Justin Madden for years. The advantages would be he'd be cheap, can win hitouts and is a different style to Cloke and Kruezer so would compliment them. You could play him on and off the bench while letting Kruezer and Cloke rest up forward.
If ratten tries to speed Kruzers development by continually playing him in the ruck at his age, he's going to break the kid. (defence points to Josh Fraser as exhibit A)

their game styles are almost identical, same size, skill level, agility, marking etc. the only difference was warnock was not as physicaly developed at the same age, hence his low draft position

My instinct is to allways ignore a pie followers thoughts, my problem here is that you make sence, i dont think street will ever be a madden, but with what is out there in the ruck steaks at the moment he is imo a real option, and the Kruzer issue is totaly correct.

Cam Cloke: 196cm 103kg. 2008: 14 games at an avergage of 11.7 hitouts per game.
How much in terms of trade is 7 hitouts a game worth? (Bearing in mind he has played less game than Cam this year and due to age is likely to play even less next year.)
