Okay - now I know you don't watch much footy.
Rosa has been terrible this year as have most of West Coasts midfielders who are all struggling with Judd, Kerr, Cousins and Priddis all missing.

Easy to look good when you have some blue chippers in your side. Its when they go that you see their true quality and guys like him, Embley, Braun and Fletcher are all being shown up now.

There is no way on earth he is better than either Winderlich or Lovett. Please never, ever get near the Essendon recruiting department.

PS : If you think Stanton's disposal is bad, you will be having seizures watching Rosa go around.

It seems as though you're allowed to insinuate that statistically Stanton is better than the Burgoynes but I'm not allowed to show you statistically that Winderlich and Rosa are very close on stats this year and that Rosa has better stats than Lovett... doesn't that mean Rosa is better than Winderlich and Lovett???

You want a player with good disposal and who is a bit harder at the ball and of all the players in the AFL you nominate someone like Rosa.

As advised previously. Please troll some other clubs in Bay 13 because god knows you do a good enough job with your own club. We haven't got a seriously good troller and that way it might turn into a win/win for everyone.

Here we go using stats again. Clarify 2nd at Essendon alone, not in the competition. Then check to see where Essendon are situated in the hard ball get stakes across the competition, game by game how do Essendon match-up with their opposition?

Rosa would clearly get a game with us, you're overrating us. Fletcher is still B grade. Essendon would still be better off with Fletcher and Rosa.

You said he would get a game ahead of Winderlich, Lovett, Dyson and Lonergan.

If he doesn't have better disposal or isn't harder then why would he get a game ahead of them ?
Does he have some other trait that I (or West Coast supporters) haven't seen yet ?

From WC, Kerr would be the best fit (as someone that can win the footy and break a stoppage open), but if Essendon can get their hands on Rich then it's not worth it (as Rich can do most of what Kerr does + more - much higher quality kicking and kicks more goals).

You've got nothing but useless statistics... and they are useless. You still haven't found me a stat showing how many times Stanton puts his teammate under pressure with a hospital handpass yet the disposal is still classified as efficient or a statistic showing his cheap disposals. Until you come up with those stats you've proved nothing.

You are hell bent on glorifying Stanton based on crap stats. You areen't taking into account that Essendon has the worst midfield in the competition and Stanton is apart of that... you're not taking into account that since Stanton has been playing in the midfield Essendon haven't made the finals, shove those stats up your ass!

Yet you want Rosa and Chad friken Fletcher..at least Stanton can do his job. I agree he shouldn't be the no1 midfielder but is that his fault..nope..blame the DRAFTERS for getting duds like Laycock and Kepler Bradley in our first rounders. Stanton would be a very good 2nd or 3rd midfielder, he does struggle with tags and therefore he shouldn't be the no1 midfielder. However, he still is better than useless Fletcher and soft as butter Rosa..go ask the WCE fans what they think of Rosa and Fletcher!

Well if you haven't got a better option than Stanton be quiet for once. Stanton is a very good player, he is not a great 1st midfielder as he does not cope with tags well. However we get Rich or Swift, Stanton can go back to the no2/3 midfielder which is where he plays his best

If essendon want class midfielders. they should look at Brent Prismall at Geelong. He has been the most unluckiest footballer in the land. he is averaging 40+ possessions a game in the VFL. if anyone can get footage of him playing in the seniors last year in either round 3 or 4 against Melbourne, he had 30 possies and kicked 3 from midfield. He then got droppped after adam simpson tagged him and beat him. He then broke his arm. He was an emergancy to the Premiership side and only gets a game when Bartel, Ablett, Selwood, Enright, Corey etc dont play. Tough midfield to get into when these blokes all have credits in the bank.

If there was any player in the league at the present other than a superstar, to come to our fine club, it would be Brent Prismall. A tough Ball magnet who knows how to kick goals.

Prismall has minimal accountability. He isn't the demi-god that many people on bigfooty are making out. There's a reason players such as Tenace have gotten game time instead of him.
