I know it's an understatement, but geez! We really don't want to be 0-3
Makes our chances for the finals just that little more harder.
I'm not pressing the panic button, but i'm sure most Freo fans are starting to feel a little nervous as saturday creeps closer.
Freo need to apply 4 quarters of intensity, tackling, accuracy,running, and my favourite word: belief.
I would be so disappointed if it were to be 0-3, because it may cost us at the end of the year.

Melbourne at the G isn't what it use to be. We'll have Black back next week. Johnson back the following. Farmer by round 7.

This one would be great. But even if we go 0-3 i still think we will make the finals. In fact i'll be betting on it come the end of next week.

0-3 isn't ideal, but we'll still make the finals. Maybe not the Top 2 like we had hoped during the off-season, maybe not even Top 4. But we'll be in the 8, no doubt. We'll be a shot at maybe 4th place, but I reckon if we drop the game this week, then we'll end up around 5th or 6th. If we win, then I see no reason why a Top 4 berth is still not a totally realistic aim.

BTW - while beating the bluenyellas is always sweet, and I would love to win because it's a derby, the eyes should be firmly on the "bigger picture". Winning this week is most important because it's way better to be 1-2, than 0-3. End of story. (Well almost...).

Win and we're looking at 3-2.
Lose and we're looking at 2-4 at best, probably 1-5.
