That would certainly be ideal, but I honestly wonder how many more $500k+ players the GC can squeeze into their salary cap. I wouldn't be surprised to hear they couldn't afford him...

Im sure they could find a way. Reports say cloke wanted a 3 year deal but could only get 2 from the Pies. GC could start with a 3 year deal if they dont have much money left.

They do have alot of kids who would be on first year wages though so I suspect they still have some room.
