Weagles Ugly Culture Crisis. Have we been told everything or is it the “Tip of a Iceberg”

A Weagles Crisis would not be an understatement at the moment. A relentless litany of bizarre behaviour, drug and alcohol problems, and violence directed toward the public and other team-mates, culminating in Judd’s desire to continue his career in Victoria, and an “interesting” early damage control statement from one of the Weagles administrators last week. So the question is, has all been revealed, or is this only the tip of an ugly Weagles culture iceberg. Last weeks comments from the administrators were very suspicious, and I have a feeling that a lot more will be revealed over the next few weeks. :)

Bloody hell do you have that smiley face on speed dial or something? I like it actually, keep it up :thumbsu:

But back to your question: Well as someone mentioned what else can go wrong for them? Losing Judd for nothing would be pretty bad but as for off-field issues who knows whats around the corner about to be 'blown up'

Ask your club. They have no regard for the rules either.

I voted ice berg, however...

I do believe that there is more to be revealed, but not as much as the general public is assuming, so kinda like a happy medium between the two...if happy is the right word.

Still amazed at the ever developing crisis at Weagleland. I have no doubt a lot of these "player issues" have been going on for quite a while, and it's just hit threshold and becoming public now. Why did this happen? Could this happen in a traditional powerhouse Club like Essendon or Carlton? Is it a franchise team phenomenon? Every team have there isolated "Pub incidents", but the Weagles have taken it to a whole new level. Amazing. No wonder Judd wants out. :)

Hasn't all this Ben Cousins, weagles thing being just a matter of time? I'm sure there is more to come, what's this about the Daniel Chick, Embley bust up?

Why does parrot feel the need to critisice Carlton?
He does realise that he barracks for the worst team this millenium, and West Coast are probably the best team of this millenium.
Strabnge really
That post is strange (or Strabnge). Perhaps you might try again because it doesn't make sense. :)

Didn't Embley have a punch up with another Weagle team-mate a year or so ago at training. Was it Kerr? Weagleland is a strange place. Only tip of the iceberg I suspect. Interesting times ahead. :)

At least our players have never been violent with each other in a game, ala Cain Ackland.

And Carlton are a "powerhouse" are they? LMFAO, Deluded board. You cheated to win your only AFL premiership too.

Yeah, I think he wants to play at a iceburg next season.

Says who? Not that I'd be surprised to hear it, just wondering if there's been any recent news that he has definitely said that...

Re: Weagles Ugly Culture Crisis. Have we been told everything or is it the “Tip of a Iceberg”

Little, by little more information is revealed. Yep, it was the tip of the iceberg. JW has said there has been a drug problem for 5 years at Weagleland, and now Ben is going to the US for drug rehab. The Weagles Football Club have been hiding these problems for several years it seems - seems that they put the importance of the commercial needs to win a flag over the needs of their players. The last minute public displays of "concern" by the Weagles administrators were just PR exercise. These issues should have been sorted several years ago for the players benefit. A franchise club out of control. :)
