Anyone know what weed this is and the best pesticide to get rid of it?

Looks a bit like a variety of oxalis, it's common in Australia. Round Up for lawns would probably kill it.

Looks like White Clover. Oxalis is usually heart shaped.

Yates do a Bindii and Clover broad leaf spray that wont hurt your lawn if used correctly. Bunnings should sell it.

Or accept the diversity enjoy the free nitrogen and feed the bees when it flowers
