Hi guys
Im starting to get into weightlifting, playing basketball for years and I'm starting to slow down, so wanted to get into something else which will help my lower body strength and all that jazz.
No impressive numbers, But would like tips/help from guys who actively know their shit
Currently going to small group classes and currently
70x3 bench press
145x3 deadlift
90x3 Squats
Squats are pretty weak, Ive got a bad knee and im more focused on getting lower then pushing for higher numbers
what are some good exercises? Currently just training 3 days a week Mon-Wed-Friday, what are some good alternative exercises I should be doing to help out?
