I do most of the stuff in the OP, and like other have said I don't like my food touching and will eat from worst to best.

The only other thing which my wife thinks is weird but i'm sure plenty of other people do is if I have a breakfast out somewhere pancakes bacon eggs etc i'll drown the whole lot in maple syrup, tastes so much better

the bacon/maple syrup thing is one of those things where if you try it, you love it. But lots of people who haven't just don't like the idea I guess.

Maple syrup goes with practically any hot breakfast on a plate. I think baked beans can be a bit more controversial (fine in isolation, but they don't go well with everything).

I also don't like using my hands (especially in public). Utensils are the best invention ever. That train scene on Hostel is just so wrong.

As a kid, chicken drumsticks was always a disappointing dinner, as it meant either picking it up (eww!) or looking like an idiot whilst trying to use knife and fork.

I usually do the kiwi fruit whole as well. Otherwise its a bit of a nuisance like yoghurt, you need a spoon and have to use the bin (first world problem). The nut/knob whatever is the only unenjoyable part.

I guess fresh Figs are similar. I eat them whole, but people are also known to treat them like kiwi fruits.

I'm the opposite, I eat most things with my hands. Utensils are for the weak! :p

I eat the pastry rim off the top of a meat pie, then peel off the pastry lid and eat that slowly. By the time I'm done the meat has cooled and I can eat the rest of the pie without scolding my mouth.

Lol.

Is there a youtube video industry for this? Similar to trailer reactions and opening shiny new things?

Could see it taking off. Some shirtless fat guy with facial hair doing weird but oh so right things when savouring certain foods and cuisines :D
