plays like a Robbie Gray with talent

" An exuberant, exciting small forward who impacts games with his goalkicking, overhead marking and game sense. Rachele has the potential to be an A-grader: he's powerful, quick and brilliant with the ball in his hands and enjoys stepping up at the big moments in games. He will annoy opponents and likely agitate opposition supporters like most of the best small forwards do, and in time he can be a midfield option. "

Rationale: Possessing the versatility to play through the midfield, win first possession and hurt teams forward of centre by foot, Rachele is a genuine dual position impact player. There is a case to be made that Rachele while he hasn't had the opportunity could also set up play by foot from defence. Consideration around Rachele's versatility to impact games across several positions elevates his position on this draft board.

Love the Greene comparison, but I see a bit of Shai Bolton. A better mid.

Importantly some pace.

"With his impressive balance as a crafty forward and that is capable of moving into the middle of the ground, Rachele is set to be a highly sought-after name in the opening 10 selections of the draft.

Stunningly, Rachele was a member of Australia's Under 17s soccer squad and had even been offered a scholarship by Melbourne City FC before opting to ply his trade with the Sherrin."

Expect commentators to be noting his soccer background every other possession

IIRR, according to Matt Rendell's notes from a year to two back, probably the best number 6 (where Rendell placed him) he has seen available! ...and we have secured him!
