What kind of compo pick would we get for him?

Largely depends on how active we are through the free agency process.

If we lose Betts but land Daisy Thomas, we won't get any compensation.

There are five 'bands' of compensation picks - first round, end of first round, second round, end of second round and third round. Not exactly sure how the AFL decides upon an appropriate band but it takes into consideration age of the player, length of contract, and performance.

If we lose Eddie and don't gain anyone through the process, my guess is that we'll receive a second round pick as compensation.
