Works fine on my ipad - what error do you get?

Have you tried restarting the ipad? Clearing the browser cache?

Yeah mate all that stuff. Updated as well and also happens with google chrome for iPad.

A few people were having the same problem

Same for me, and when I pause adblock, the white is replaced with sportsbet.com.au ads.

Nah mate just freezes up the browser and requires rebooting of safari.

It's ok browsing as guest but as soon as I log in it freezes up.

Same on two iPads here. Only on big footy too. And I've used ipad to post on big footy for a year or more

Site is completely crapping itself tonight. Took about 20 refreshes to get this page to load instead of that Essendon error message.

I've got the techy on it.
 
As of yesterday or the day before, my notification emails have ceased to have any body of text in them from the post that generated the email. They are the same emails with the header and who posted, and a 'View this thread' button in them, but just no info of the actual post ie. no text.
Which isn't as bad as the issue I raised a few months ago about a single thread I was receiving emails for on the freo board where not only did it not have any post in it - it didn't have the 'View this thread' button, header, poster name etc. in it either.. Which is still happening for that particular thread's email btw.

Try unsubscribing from that thread and re-subscribing.

No text - it is a setting somewhere. I'll track it down.

I tried that already Chief, no luck. I unsubscribed, then posted in it again to obtain subscription again... same completely blank emails.

I'm not too stressed by it though so I didn't bother reporting back about it.
 
I have noticed an issue with the forum on samsung s4.

The layout has certain content boxes and links at the top overlapping each other. I think the width borders are wrong and not rendering across the whole screen anymore.

Also that betting ad at the bottom that stays on your screen when you scroll is very annoying when screen is rotated sideways. Every page I enter it pops up again and I need to close it down pressing the little x in the corner. Im a fat fingered tradesman and find it hard to touch the screen right on the x. Im not sure how many times I have opened that betting link, too many times in only 2 days. Please remove, its very annoying.

It will now only show once per day per person. If you switch your phone off or clear cache it will probably see you as a new person, but this is lots better than showing every page.

It is there because other ad options we were locked into didn't work well, so we're experimenting with how to fulfil our obligations to the advertiser and still keep the site usable.
 
Thanks chief. All good now and the borders are back to normal width too.
