I have an issue: mod tools. In VB when doing things like selecting posts to move/copy to another existing thread you could paste that other threads hyperlink so that it would move/copy them over in one hit. But now the process is more convoluted. The mod tools pop up only gives you an option to basically create a new thread with the selected posts, then you have to go back to the main board, click on the newly created thread and the target thread, and then merge them. I am sure there are some other mod tools that are now a bit convoluted or missing options. Not sure if previously mentioned, but mentioning what I notice.
I have a suggestion...

In regards to the board-specific nav bars, it's a good suggestion, and I think it's doable as Xen already has a built-in nav bar filter mechanism. It appears to have a long space there where you could theoretically add more filters, not just one, and if it could be done so that those filters remain there until a person decides to add more or remove them. That could possibly save you a lot of time having to re-do all the nav bars for all the boards that had them.

Chief, just want clarification on what the new Gold has. I read that on the thread you're fixing avatars for gold to make it bigger, so does that mean that increases or non BFSC decreases?
So if I'm presuming avatars, sig lengths etc are staying as they are (ie old Gold Membership) does that mean effectively all Gold will do is give me a badge and only block some ads without the extra customization features? The old features of Gold which non paid members didn't have in conjunction of the blocking of some ads & the chance to support BF made it a good investment. Plus in a weird way you could see who was serious or not. I'll probably pay again but as my membership runs out in like a few days, I would like some clarification.

You can do it now, but they're called 'conversations'. Click 'Inbox' in the top right or 'start a conversation' once you click on a user.

Conversations are just another name for PMs. You can add 1 or more people to start a new conversation, as we did before. But a new cool feature is you can invite more people into an existing conversation. Eg, you might've started a conversation with just 1 person like a normal PM, and then about 5 replies back and forth into it, you can click the 'invite' button and add as many others into it. Invited people into a pre-existing conversation will be able to then see all the chat that was done before between the first two people. Lol, so be careful what you say about others if they end up getting invited in later

Can we PLEASE add the option to disable avatars? They're distracting and the box thingo they sit in takes up too much room.
