Perhaps the system batches these instead of passing them on in real time. I am not sure. How many minutes delay are you experiencing? 3? 30?

Anywhere from 2-25 minutes.

Do you have magnification on? On my 1280x1024 screen it looks fine.

Fixed. Turned on the computer yesterday arvo and problem solved. Not sure if it was my adjustments or you guys did anything Friday night/Saturday morning.

You used to be able to change your User Name (possibly only once)
Can/How do we do it now?

And If a user name was used once and once only way back in 2003 before being red-carded is there a chance that in can go back into circulation for someone else to use?

We used to be able to write our own descriptor under our name eg I have 'Sub' but most just have 'member' or some such thing. Can we still do this and how?

Every now and then the quick reply box at the bottom of the page is inaccessible. You have to go to More Options to post or refresh the page. Is this just a teething problem or something more?

Also, I just tried to edit a post by adding some more text and when I pressed return to add some space for the new text and video, it did nothing. I could click in the already existing text but adding more was unavailable.

I'm trying to paste a link in this post and nothing happens.
I'm using Imgur by the way.
Edit: the way I got it to work was copying few different url's first and then copying the one I was after.
I guess it might be an issue with Imgur itself, though it never happened on the old site.

The username thing was free once only if you bought a BFSC Membership I believe, or you donated to Chief's charity and he'd change it. Not sure about the username thing, how ever I believe you used to be able to merge the accounts or something.

The description thingy will be coming back.

I think I've been banned from the mainboard for trolling (which I'm not debating).

However I don't seem to have gotten a notification?

Board bans are manual so there is no automated system for notifying the user. The mod should drop you a line to let you know, though, unless you're a spammer or totally obnoxious idiot in which case you're lucky to still have an account

Works forst time, every time for me. Migth be an issue in your browser. Does it happen on other browsers? Do you have another machine to test it on?
