if this guy is a know contemporary zoned tactician then he has to potentially consult with Voss ...for opponent analysis strategy and during gametime plan management......This group has to define a working formula .........
the group has to be retrained and attain a skill set to effeciently do what they want ,even under pressure from strong oppositions...some thing we have not seen Carlton do for a long time.

Damn....thats quite a cut. We may still get a development coach but the coaching team is much smaller these days than before covid.

Diesel will probably get on the track and so some coaching like in his old role.

I like it. Reading between the lines, it's possible that part of the review findings were that were too many cooks, mixed messages, etc.
Who do they listen to? Who gets final say? One coach saying do it this way, then another coach saying why are you doing it that way? Especially with quite a few players playing multiple positions under different line coaches.

Streamline it. Make it more efficient and make sure the messaging across the group stays the same.
