According to the website we have 3 development coaches. Yet there is no evident development. A lot of evident neglect. Funny.

He's probably done his job thus far.

Hollands, Cowan and Binns are all progressing nicely. Kemp has improved greatly. Dow is having a great year in the VFL. Akuei and Mirkov are progressing but coming from a long way back.

We really don't have that many young players to be developed. He certainly can't be blamed for the backwards trajectory of senior players.
