To be honest our Bigfooty fans are the only ones who've ever showed any Boaky slander. And I think that's more to do with the fact that the Hinkley era tainted some of us so badly that anybody who has ever been in a 10km radius of him seems to get hate of some kind.

We also have our whipping boys - PA fans go to a whole new level of torture.

How anyone can denigrate Boak, I’m not sure? He’s given everything to Port.

If some that have recently left us had played for the jumper like Boak did for PA, they’d be the second coming of Buddy or the highest paid player in the…(let’s not go there).

I for one couldn’t be happier for Davies as HOF, Vossy has a year to prove he’s the guy.

Other than a flag it’s a record that Joel Selwood would be happy with - I think it’s a great appointment.

You can see how driven he was and how hard he’s worked physically and mentally to get the best out of himself and his impact on others. Boak's always been a favourite of mine - any time I've listened or watched him in various shows/clips he always come across as a really nice human.
Such a down to earth guy, that expects a lot of himself and is the definition of a hard worker - hopefully this transitions to the other side of footy.
