This is bad news. His Calf had some at the club very worried after he had stripped back weight. He has done very little now for the past 4-5 weeks and another setback is going to keep him out for a while unfortunately.

We have had very bad luck with new recruits and injuries initially at our club.

I almost feel like we gotta start looking to ‘20, get titch, Scully and the Chad cherry ripe for next year. Get some games into the youngsters this year. It’s back to an ‘09-10 mini rebuild for us.

Trade it to GWS with next years 1st for Kelly, then pick up Cogniglio and Tomlinson as free agents.

Then perhaps even have a crack at landing Brandon Ellis from Richmond as a free agent as well.

Would give us the best midfield in the league and a couple of solid defenders.
