He looks like he has enough of the skills and attributes to make it, it'll be down to application and improving deficiencies.

I'd suggest he get utilised as a small forward or small defender initially.

Also I wonder what kind of role Clarko envisions for him. Will he turn him into a Puopolo MkII? He's got the pace, the physicality and despite playing HBF and midfield he's kicked 5 in a game before - taking nice marks and tackling hard.

Always really liked Ossie, if Saunders can achieve what Osbourne did as a rookie then he'll have made the most out of himself.
Ossie frustrated the sh*t out of everyone on this board for 5yrs before he put it all together, so hopefully Saunders doesn’t follow him in that regard.

I do like the comparison though.

Can Saunders take a speccy?
