Possession chains resulting in scores.

So it pretty much means, if you're a Mid/Fwd or a Midfielder in a high scoring team you're going to be more 'damaging' than a Mid/Def or a Midfielder in a low scoring team. Worpel isn't a Mid/Fwd and he's in a poor scoring team.

I actually reckon Worpel's year has been pretty underrated really. he's been shouldering a lot of the bullocking work for our midfield in just his second season. He's not exactly surrounded by talent in their either, with O'Meara also only being new to being the big banana in the midfield and Shiels having some injury issues and has been good in patches but also had his down games.

Look, he's far from the finished package, as shown by the fact we keep getting smacked at clearances and contested ball, but there is a lot to like about young Jimmy Worpel.

If you think he's good now, wait until next year with Mitchell +- Cogs added in round him to take all the pressure and attention off him. Also add a firing and similarly neglected (and not exhausted) Jaegar in support... expect great things.

It’s well known worps needs to improve his tank. He has a quiet quarter at least each game.

He is younger and cheaper but performing to the level of much more expensive mids right now. Including a couple of ours. One example was Shiel last night, although Shiel would have had more of a tag
