One is being talked up as the next superstar key forward and the other is just some spud...

Naughton has played in the backline this season though, don't forget that.

Anyway it was a great game from Lewis, probably his best to date. Hopefully this is a nice platform for him and we see him play out the season.

He's a loper, but as long as he attacks the ball at its highest point like he does, he will clunk some big grabs.

His marking tonight was superb, and it was far and away his best game.

It's time to start believing, Mitch.

And this is the question. Belief !!

But he has to be played in the ones. He needs the experience, he can’t go back.

It is in Mitch’s head.

Looks like a loped due to a long stride ....I actually think he quicker over the ground than it appears .

In the last quarter, he got a ball punched away from in front of him when he was going to otherwise mark, and you could almost see the steam coming out of his ears.

The very next contest he takes a big contested grab. That is a champion's appetite on display.

He's going to gobble a game up soon.

We haven't seen dukes like this since Holland, or Dunstall. But his kicking is more Lockett than either of those, really fluent kick of the ball.

Agreed. Has the temperament required for a KPF who can go and win a game off his own boot. Looking forward to the first time he kicks a bag of 5+ goals in a big AFL game. That moment will be a catalyst for his belief that he can have a future as a dominant key forward.

I just had a brilliant thought.

Imagine all the Collingwood supporters who walk around saying “Hawthorn have no youth”, watching Lewis, Worpel, Impey, Nash and Hanrahan tear them a new one and just sitting there going “who are these guys?” .

They literally wouldn’t even know their names!

Pick 76 :D

Watching him live is an absolute delight. I was on level 2 on Friday night so had a really good view of the game and he’s just so bloody busy. His desire to assert himself on the game is his most impressive and exciting attribute.
