I love Will Day and I hope that durability doesn't become an issue, talent is one think but if you can't get on the park with continuity it's kind of a moot point.

Likely. It’s not the message that really matters though from the clip. It’s the eye contact and clear direction that visibly showed leadership.

Yep. Most important position on the ground. When I was younger the coach told me he'd rather have me delivering messages than playing.
