There should be, but wouldn’t suprise me one bit of there was only the one stretcher

There may have been only one motorized stretcher and that had to go to the player who had to be taken off with as little movement as possible. But surely Dixon could have been carried off by four men carrying a stretcher? Why didn't the blokes with Dicko ask for a stretcher, even from West Coast if it was necessary.

Surely the motorized cart would have it's own stretcher in the 1st place, and one on the bench. Laughable to think otherwise.

What would happen if 2 players smash heads and they both get ko'd as a result?, would one have to wait until the other is taken off?

Amateurish league!!

Too heavy. Our trainers are too unfit to carry big dix

No disrespect and not aimed at you Justwork.

There would be more than one stretcher (but then again there is only one camera apparently....)

Not good enough. Not good enough by the club in man and injury management.

He probably chose to.

So it's not the glass ankles as we feared years ago, that's a positive.

Is he likely to play Round 1 or a significantly interrupted pre season?

Likely to be a 6 to 8 week recovery time. So unless things go wrong in surgery or the fracture is worse than what the club is letting on he'll be right to go for start of pre-season.

That's a relief.

What's that wrapped in the blanket hanging off the side of the bed? ;)

So disappointed we won't have the Big Dix and the Big Cox facing off. The commentary team would have been reduced to a giggling mess.
