This young mans testing is off the charts
Victorian Draft Combine where he tested quickest for speed with a 2.85 second 20m run. (Best at National Combine: Sam Philp 2.867)
A 92cm running and 73cm standing vertical leap, as well as a 8.24-second agility test all in the elite bracket.
Keeping in mind he is a 195cm Tall Utility.
This is insane stuff when you think about it, quickest tested player in Victoria, whoa!!!!!!!!

Nope, quickest in Australia ;)

*Edit.....92cm in the running vertical jump would have him placed 2nd nationally
73cm in the standing vertical jump would have him placed 2nd nationally
8.24 in the agility test would have him placed 7th nationally

And apparently he can read the ball, mark and kick. Obviously a lot of development required. but that's a lot to work with!

Nah second toughest, Jack Graham is tougher. Who the * plays and has more pressure acts than the oppo, in a prelim, with a sub laxed shoulder??

Imagine if Joel Selwood had of done that, I’d still be reading about it in the HS.

His athleticism is crazy for a person his size and hopefully with development from Leppa , Rance , Astbury , Grimes , Vlastuin in defence we could possibly have the proto type defender , Keeping in mind these sudanese boys get really strong and can really put on muscle.

Balta & Biggy will be giving many opposition players headaches for a long time

The first we need to do is up his endurance to play the Richo wing role and Buddy Franklin half forward flank role.

His endurance is more important than extra strength. We do not want Biggy the size of Majak Daws, he is better than that, we do not want to limit his longevity and impact. WE need Biggy to cover more ground and then look at him getting a little stronger. Chol level strength should be adequate.

We do not want to risk Biggy in the ruck too much like Adam Goodes, or grinding out against a KPP. He is better than that. We need him to showcase how good he is and place him how he helps the team the most!!!

haha we are obsessed with finding that Richo on a wing role.
We need a key defender far more than that Richo role that we have done pretty well without for what is it now? 10 years?

In fact, we were pretty s**t with it when you think about it. Unless you are Dusty I’m not sure there is a do whatever you want, go wherever you want role in our team.

Great story. Many people don't appreciate the life of Sudanese refugee's growing up in Kenya, really tough. Most adults come here survivors of trauma, their children growing up in a desert camp of over 200,000 people. Now a sister is a prominent lawyer, the brothers footballers. Sport is a great provider and uniting force. Good luck to Biggie, he looks a player that we need, an athletic tall back.

A Sudanese refugee nicknamed 'Biggy' is hoping to become an AFL star after his family was forced to flee his war-torn home country when his dad was killed.
Bigoa Nyoun, 18, spent the first three years of his life in a refugee camp before moving to Australia in 2004 with his mother Mary.
The promising footballer's family were separated between camps in Kenya and Ethiopia as they escaped South Sudan.
His father stayed back to fight and died in combat leaving Mary to move the children, and a few belongings, to Melbourne on her own.

Since arriving in Australia she has worked three jobs to provide for her family and Biggy now wants to dedicate his footy career to her.
The St Kilda Next Generation Academy footballer is hoping to break into the AFL next week.
'I just want to make my family proud and play AFL and be on TV,' Biggie told 7News.

Biggy said he has little memory of life before Australia but he is in awe of his mother's actions.
'You look back every now and then and just think "how did mum do this?"' he said.
Biggy joined an Auskick program to merge into Australian culture and soon realised his dreams of becoming an AFL star could come true after playing for the Rowville footy club, Dandenong Stingrays then St Kilda's academy.



He looks up to Sudanese footballers Majak Daw and Aliir Aliir and is determined to become a Sudanese-Australian role model.
The teenager, who is managed by Julian Petracca, the brother of Melbourne Demons star Christian Petracca, expects to be drafted in the second round.
In August, Biggy came first in the 20metre sprint during the Victorian draft combine, beating this year's other potential draftees.
Older brother Gach, 22, is currently on Essendon's senior player list.

Biggie credits his older sister Nyadol, 32, a lawyer and human rights advocate, with playing a pivot part in his football aspirations as she stepped in to be his 'father figure' while he grew up.
Nyadol said the family would not be able to contain their excitement if Biggie is recruited.
'We'll be dancing and screaming and shouting so it's going to be massive but whatever happens we'll always be here for him,' Nyadol said.
The Sudanese civil war, between 1985 until 2005, is estimated to have claimed one to two million lives.

The Sudanese refugee Richmond drafted from St Kilda’s Next Generation Academy has been hailed a brilliant athlete who has “just scratched the surface” of his football potential.

The Tigers secured 196cm defender Bigoa ‘Biggie’ Nyuon when the Saints declined to match their bid of pick No. 54 at Thursday night’s draft.

Rowville Secondary said the Saints “did a really good job” developing Nyuon, although come draft night they chose to take Gippsland Power midfielder Leo Connolly at No. 64 instead of Nyuon.

Nyuon – who has was four sisters and three brothers – was nicknamed ‘Biggie’ by his kindergarten teacher because he loved rapper Biggie Smalls.

The family fled to Australia when Nyuon was a toddler and all eight children were raised by single mother Mary in Cranbourne.

Nyuon excelled at athletics early when Mary decreed football too rough before she eventually let her son play for Hallam.

Older brother Gach spent 2016 on Essendon’s rookie list. Nyuon will join fellow Sudanese talent Mabior Chol at Punt Rd as they hope to join Aliir Aliir (Sydney) and Majak Daw (North Melbourne) as success stories.

“The Tigers have got a bloke who’s 201cm (listed at 196cm) and athletically through the roof,” Rowville football academy boss Darren Bewick said.

“He’s got all the attributes to be a really good player.”

The popular teenager returned to Rowville to address the Year 7-8 students on Friday.

“He’s a very likeable young man, a king down here, and he spoke about what it meant and how he got to speak to Dusty Martin that night,” Bewick said.

“The Tigers have got a ripper kid and I hope they’re able to furnish his ability. If they can they’re going to have a really, really good player.

“For him to be able to firstly come to this country as a (three-year-old) with eight brothers and sisters and his mum taking care of them all … and he’s never forgotten that, he’s really appreciative of people that help him along the journey.

“He’s a ripping kid. He’s taken on everything that’s been presented to him, and sometimes he’s needed a little bit of a push, like all boys, but he loves the game and loves the team aspect of it and it’s only going to hold him in good stead.

“His journey has just begun and I think it can really turn into a really special one.”

Saints NGA manager Jack Henty spoke to Rowville regularly and helped get Nyuon to school for early study sessions every Thursday.

“The Saints were fantastic,” Rowville sports academy director Craig Jamieson said.

“I spoke to Jack once every couple of weeks and we met with Biggy every three or four weeks checking on how he was going with his subjects.”

Nyuon will join fellow Rowville alumni Jon Patton (Hawthorn), Hayden Crozier (Western Bulldogs), Tom North (Fremantle), Taylor Garner (North Melbourne), Taylin Duman (Fremantle), Jack Maibaum (Sydney) and Sam Hayes (Port Adelaide) on an AFL list in 2020.

Out of that whole article this stood out to me for some reason. Didn't get the nickname 'Biggie' due to his name literally being Bigoa - because that's ludicrous. It's obvious that he was a massive fan of OG gangsta rap at the age of 5.

Biggy selection actually had me pumping the air after saints didnt match , Really believe these african boys have what it takes to play our game and the next generation of boys are growing up with good knowledge of the game and the skills. From reports he reads the ball in the air beautifully and certainly has the size and athletic ability to be a freak player

The speed of the 3 big boys we have in Biggy , Balta & Miller is crazy
