Send him back to the VFL with some key learnings and focus areas and his development continues. Like him, but reckon MRJ over a full game offers a bit more.

MJ is very ground ball at the moment. Clarke has a few more strings to the bow at the moment he can develop on and offer in the ones

Watched him closely in the warm up last week against Port. He's got 'it' in spades. Knows how to find it, knows how to use it. We got one here.

When you look at the small forwards in the match, Bolton aside, Jud Clarke has stood up well tonight. I liked his game. Probably not quite a fully fledged AFL level player yet but super signs in his two outings. He does some very nice things when he gets a sniff, looks a smart player too and doesn’t give up on a contest. He is moving the Meteoric player rating needle in the right direction so far. Happy to see him in the team next week v the methuselahs.

Good early, but wilted badly. MRJ is a much better option atm and I think they should start him as sub .

Agree. Cumberland has the speed and aggression to do the harassing, but has a much more all round game that would translate to AFL at this stage. Clarke right now is a bit one dimensional due to his size mainly, MRJ much the same although midfield not out of the question down the track. Hope Cumberland has a good game on Sunday.

The kid can mark, doesn’t get lost in traffic up the ground, can pick out a target, gas speed to burn and can run all day, what’s not to like? He’s a complete player already and will only get better with game time. No chance he gets dropped

He has got all the right traits and will be a huge success. He is just not ready still needs some more physical development.

Q4 this week and last...statless, no tackles even. That's half a game. Bet he was guarding space well though.

His biggest issue is physical development. We've seen he has the tools. Could make an argument for keeping him in and dropping him equally compelling.
Personally I want to see Cumbo get a go. We need to find out if he's a keeper. Judson has already got that tick.

Fades out of games second half but what he can produce is quality
Maybe its just my left footer bias but he is a beatiful kick
Will be a class player

Definitely has a lot of potential and uses the ball brilliantly, but isn't ready yet. You can excuse drifting out of the game offensively, but there were a few moments where it was clear he wasn't ready for the defensive physicality required of him.

When I hear a tackle is worth more than a goal I think I have nearly heard it all

The contrarian argument would be the stand rule. What can you do? The Bulldogs even give up the mark

I think he has done enough for a few more games and see what happens. He can always gave a break a little later
