Firstly, thanks mods for letting me in here.

I hardly got to training at all in 07, but hope to get there once a month or so like I used to back in 06. I will write up about it in here when I do. (even if Ant555 has already written about it - different opinions always make interesting reading.)

I'd better re-introduce myself. I've been supporting Essendon ever since I can remember - Darwin where I grew up is a bit of a Bombers town (Sheedy could tell you that - we sent a few local boys in those days to Essendon).

I decided to also support Brisbane Bears when they started (Brisbane was where I was born).

Last year, in BigFooty, users could nominate their club, and there was a spot for 'other teams'. Some here spent ages goading me to switch it around!

Do I have a conflict with supporting, and being a member of two clubs? Not at all, Essendon is like my first-born son and Brisbane Lions my youngest child. I love both equally, but pay more attention to the youngest.

I have a similar thing with Sydney. I grew up in Sydney and was an Essendon supporter before the Swans relocated. I decided to stick with the Bombers when the Sydney Swans came into existence. However I used to go to Swans games a lot and they are definitely my second team. I have a very soft spot for them and was ecstatic to see them win in 05 but I'll always be a Bomber man.
