And if he does I will be ecstatic but that doesn't happen very often. I agree most players come into their best in their mid 20's.

We should have traded eMac and waters for pick 10 and got cockatoo... Would just have been a logical decision...
I'd want more than that for Emac alone, probably our most important player.....Waters would fail the medical and wouldn't be wanted.

Kane might just find a purpose in our team when we next play Gold Coast, he can tag Abelett.
There is no reason why he couldn't be developed as a tagger.

Wluld be looking like a pretty good decision right now
Not sure where to post, but even straight after the draft as a keen follower was very impressed with the Eagles drafting and its even looking better now. Thought lamb was a ripper pick up same as Duggan who will be underrated for a long time. Nelson will be solid and Cavka couldhonestly be anythin. We'll see though.

Did you know much about Lamb and DUggan before the draft at all? I think you are right, will take a while for Duggan to really blossom. Hard not to get excited about last years draft. I've been a bit pissed with the previous drafts we have sucked a drafting for such a long time. We are wondering if Simmo is now calling the final shots on who we grab.
I knew a bit about them as players and there form and range per say. Duggan as I'm sure you've heard was rated as one of the best interviewees at the combine as well as having a really highly regarded character. Lamb had that x factor where some clubs would probably rate really highly and some wuldnt nescasarily have ranked in him in the first 4 rounds. However the balance of a solid should make it prospect of Duggan and then the potential of lamb just seems to have a good mix. Also all your draftees have a level of versatility that should enable them to play in season1.Hey man, nice to have you here.

seen Chops last night at the movies he was trying to keep low key but he stands out like dogs balls. he is a huge unit anf looked to be walking up and down the stairs okay so hopefully hes knee is recovering well
