And thats exactly what we should be doing in the remaining 8 games, the List Management Team should be getting a good look at the marginal players and then making more informed decisions as to who the keepers are and who need to be moved on.
It's a cutthroat business by virtue of the fact, that the AFL mandate that a minimum of 54 players every year, MUST be cut from AFL lists at seasons end.

Yea well said is a terrific kick dual sided is quick tackles and is a genuine inside mid.
Two years of back injuries has cruelled his development.
He needs another preseason and he could become a best 22 player
Will run out of gas in second half so i hope they manage him well, and give him a few weeks in the side
He is a pure inside mid and needs to be played in that position
I'm putting him down for 20 disposals, 8 clearances and two goals on the run from 50m.
There seems to be some legitimate upside with Trew compared to some of our more speculative rookie listed players in recent years. Fingers crossed he shows enough to at least be re rookied.
Whether he was picked on form (unlikely) or not his selection is still a big show of faith from the MC. They must believe he has something to offer and are willing to give him the opportunity to prove it.
