Just on the small chance you don't, I'll explain

"Asgard" is a place, the inhabitants are called "Asgardians", this place is actually the mythical home of the Gods of the Norse legends. Some of the Gods being Odin (Wodin), Thor (Donar), Heimdall, Balder, Loki, Sif, Frigg, and many more. These fables are known today because of the Icelandic Eddas, a collection of stories about creation, life & death for the gods, and other inhabitants, of Asgard

Oh, and I thought you were a Stargate fan with a soft spot for the little grey people.

Wagner's "The Ring of the Nibelung" & even "The Lord of the Rings" have some origins in Norse Mythology.
