I have been following Melbourne for over 20 years and that would have to be the greatest quarter I have ever seen the Dees play. Not so much the style of play, but the pressure of the finals situation and the young kids standing up. My heart was certainly beating true for the red and the blue.
Everything here from now is a bonus. It has been a great effort. If we make the Grand Final that would be great although there is not much point because Essendon would only have to turn up up to win the way they are playing at the moment.

Dint be to quick to EVER write your own side off. Regardless of who they are playing.

It was a terrific last Q by your mob. Why then not have some belief in them. One thing annoys me about "if they make the GF i'll be happy". Well of course we'd all be happy but to WIN it is what its all about. If by some miracle the Hawks can get there (against ALL my expectations) i could care less if they were playing Martians (subtle joke) i would still want them to win. Sure id be happy they had got there, but the dissapointment of losing it would be just as great if not greater.
