Playing as a high half forward is evidently quite difficult in our side. Barlow is a prime example. He went from a 30 possession midfielder to a dud, and then goes back to being good when in the middle. You could look at Sylvia as well ... as much as that didn't work out due to attitude, he was completely lost in the few games he played in that position. Weller is just in a tough position to play. There are merits to giving him more time elsewhere, but I would choose the midfield over defence.

You can add Crozier,Deboer and Suban to that list IMO. HFF for Freo is like the Bermuda triangle

Both HFF and HBF seem to be such poorly defined positions in AFL nowadays. We seem to be the worst example of it.
