Welsh out??

Everytime he gets a game it's his last chance, and he hasn't taken one yet.

Surely we'd get more value out of playing Meesen to cover their talls and cover the loss of Hudson, and see if he's actually worth keeping?!

Apparently its supposed to rain tomorrow and Craig did mention he was looking for experience this weekend.

Are you serious? No way would've Pfeiffer played this week even if he was available. Even after 3 consecutive strong game for Norwood Pfeiffer wasn't even an emergency last week, whereas Jericho was on standby.

Jericho; talk about being gifted games. And yet just today Craig says he's against that. Yeah...

How are you feeling  ....your taking quite a beating AP on several boards ;)

I dont care what Jericho does, as long as he kicks a couple of goals and slams a few cats heads into the ground. It's time to take a leaf out of Josh Car's book and get under the skin of the Abletts and Bartels and disrupt their game like it was done to cousins last week.

You expect Jericho to slam people into the ground?

People need to wake up if they’re hoping Jericho can suddenly turn it around and show some heart and physicality. The guy is as soft as butter, even at SANFL level. He shirks contests while playing for Norwood, he won’t put his body on the line, and he won’t take a hit. The guy is an absolute joke of a footballer and yet for some reason he’s still in the minds of the coaching staff. Are we happy to let soft players in our team? I don’t care if Stiffy gives me the Burgoyne example for the millionth time, he WILL not change his ways. In a year where he’s on his last chance and he’s playing for his career, he’s still as soft as ever.

What’s even more concerning though is that I’m starting to think he’ll be around next year. He’s already guaranteed Biglands being around in 2008, who the heck is going to be delisted? Time to worry.

hmmmmm maybe Drummond? :) I agree with your post Drummond, I don't think Jericho will be delisted tho. Seems to have something only the coaches see.

But who would you have put in from the 25 named to replace Scott Welsh? Mattner is not a forward.

I'm NOT disagreeing with you BUT there are no other options for Welsh that I can see.

You do have to think about team balance, opposition ect

That's not to say that becuase he's playing tomorrow that he still won't be delisted or traded ....my hope is he's traded for something as you say a litlle more committed ;)

Disappointed that Scotty hasn't come up. Agree that Jericho is a "like for like" exchange. Really hope he can show US what he apparently shows the coaches tomorrow. Hope he has a great game to shut doubters up. No, let me say - I hope he has a great game to help us win! I really think this will be his last roll of the dice.

Geez. Vince would be a much better option. I reckon he would've been good on the HFF- except he's been suspended. Jericho to go on Mackie, the battle of the two softies (although Mackie is by far the better one).

looking at AFL livescores and I see Jericho, but no Radar. :(

Strange selection if true.

No WELSH... Our leading goal kicker is out against the top side, and we bring in an amatuer/Jericho

I dont think even devine intervention is going to help him.
