Seems as if it was preety heavy duty match that got out of hand at the end, plus some baiting of Fev by some idiot even though he wasn't really involved. Also sounds as if Maric was used as a rebounding defender.

That aside - how did Tapscott and Cook play?

Tapscott was named in the best, had 18 touches. Also involved in an accidental headclash in the first quarter with the Werribee captain, Tappy resumed playing & the other guy had to be stretchered off.

Maric best on ground with 33 disposals, Gawn also in the best, kicked 2 goals & was playing against AFL ruckman Hamish Macintosh. Dunn kicked 3 & Bartram 2, neither in the best.

Did I hear that Maric played at half back? If so sounds like he had a really good game in that position & his disposal would have helped him down back.

unfortunately his decision making under pressure is still very much a work in progress, definently will help his game out but id like him to come back into the side as a crumber... tapscott to come straight back onto the half back flank
