Ha, Richo would be king in the guts for about 5 minutes a quater. But in those 5 minutes he would rack up 10 clearences, 20 contested marks and 70 possesions. Richo=God

Makes the win more impressive.:thumbsu:

How tall is Reiwoldt?

Our best foward line next week:

FF: Tambling Schultz Pettifer
HFF: J Reiwoldt Richo Hyde*

Rotating up foward: Polak, Simmonds, Tuck

IMO this would be our best foward line. It operates on the basis that Krak and PBowden will be dropped this week.
- Personally I think Hyde could be a very good HFF/FP who plays in the middle for a bit aswell. He takes them on, is pretty accurate and gets alot more footy Krak.
- Riewoldt would be good on the other flank because he isn't expierence enought to play CHF yet
- Richo has always been at his best at CHF because it gives him more room and that way he is less likely to be double/triple teamed
- Schultz leading out from the square. Has a pretty good lead and can loose his opponents in the traffic, therefore his best possy is FF
- Tambling to start in the pocket and like Hyde spend half the game in the middle. He and Hyde should try and hand around the bigger mens feet
- Pettifer should just stay close to goal and lead out in the opposite direction of Jay.
- Polak and Simmonds have proven they can take grabs up foward and kick goals so they would be perfect candiates to give Schultz/Bling/Pettifer a rest.
- Tuck can aslo kick goals and stands at a good height which also makes him a good fill in foward

Werribee 2.3 2.3 5.5 9.7 (61)
Coburg Tigers 2.2 6.6 12.7 19.8 (122)

GOALS:
Werribee: McDougall 3 Hahn 2 Gleeson Skipper Castello Pask
Coburg Tigers: Hughes 5 Neville 3 Carnell 2 Meyer 2 Riewoldt 2 Anderson Caruso Pattison Sewell White

BEST:
Werribee: Castello Young Barham Hahn McDougall Gleeson
Coburg Tigers: Neville Ronaldson Mullins Hughes Jackson Oakley-Nicholls

Hughes won't be called up this week imo, no way. One good game at the resies shouldn't get you a game at Richmond

Blokes up for selection this week from the Burges:
- JON
- Riewoldt

Maybe they will both come in for Edwards and PBowden?

ummmm...just in case you have forgotten. We play the eagles. I would suggest that when you do introduce a first gamer, you do it when you are playing a middle of the road side, instead of the premiers that also have an awesome backline.
You dont introduce youngsters for their first game in a game like that, unless you are a top 4 side. All it leads to is a confidence sapping shellacking, if you are where we are.
I am beginning to worry about the brains trust. They are definetely racking up the mistakes in the recruiting along with a now growing lst of mistakes on who they offloade. Port Power are laughing all the way to the bank, and our backline lacks backbone without chubba, if you know what i mean.
Meanwhile we still await the match winning performances by players that were deemed better than Rodan and Chubba. ;)

Have to disagree with you their cheif. Eagles are easily the best side in the competition but there are still a few teams who have a better defensive then them. Glass, Hunter and the other Eagles key backman will take Richo, Schultz, Pettifer and maybe Brown. This could give Jack a great chance to sneak under the radar and kick 2 or 3 goals:thumbsu:

If he could do that, then he would have snuck under a lesser radar against the blues, pies and doggies. The fact that they didnt select him for those games is a worry, when there is quite a bit of hullabaloo about him. Not knockng him, i dont knock want i havent seen, just that those that have seen and know should have known before next weeks game, should have known that debuting a kid against the spooner, or the 3rd last or even a team known to have a leaky and small defence, would have been imeasurably more of a chance to get hm off to a good start than inroducing him against the champs, if you know what i mean. ;)
