It’ll be interesting with no crowd, the umpiring shouldn’t be so one sided as per the norm.
What if it is? Do people expect all games to have equal free kicks now?

Anyway, regarding the game I tip West coast. Nic Nat vs Gawn will be a good battle and excited to see what Kelly brings to the game.

Crossing my fingers that the game goes ahead as planned.

Sunday game so no guarantee it goes ahead unfortunately. Something might happen on fri/sat that suspends the comp.

Melbourne I suspect have improved massively and it'll be a tough close game but I cant shake the feeling both teams will get two points.

Yep I'm worried a player in the Bulldogs game will stub his toe and they will call the next 3 seasons off.

Apt that Melbourne kick off their season at Optus in front of no souls...

Given they are still haunted by that 2018 Prelim performance.

Did you lose 17 games last year because umps were against you?

How about you just accept that if you lose, you weren't good enough rather than the age old blaming umpires....
It was a joke response to a post about the impact of no crowd on the umpires. Margetts would probably hear them in his head anyway, but not doing this game. Dalgleish might also hear them.
