Hey guys, the annual Trainers Function is coming up on the 12th of April, and it's obviously a time when we need to get right behind the club, so hopefully we get a good turnout.

When: Friday 12 April 2013, 6pm
Where: Whitten Oval, 417 Barkly St, West Footscray

Bulldogs Legends John Schultz and Kelvin Templeton will join current champ Adam Cooney on a once in a life-time ‘Bulldogs Brownlow Panel’ at the annual ‘Sons of the West’ trainers’ function on Friday 12 April 2013, at Whitten Oval.
In addition to the special Panel, Members and Fans will get the unique opportunity to brush shoulders with Western Bulldogs’ Brownlow Medallist, father-son duos and the entie current playing list at the annual trainers’ event which celebrates the past as well as the exciting future of the Club.
Other special guest panelists on the night include Ayce and Brian Cordy, Liam and Billy Picken, Ryan Griffen, Jordan Roughead and Clay Smith a
One of a kind auction items that will be also available on the night include Brownlow Medallist and Captain memorabilia, signed and framed player guernseys, photos and posters.
A number of Western Bulldogs experiences will also be up for auction including being ‘trainer for a day’, junior mascot, match day passes or the chance to go fishing with current players Lukas Markovic and Patrick Veszpremi.

Yeah it's an excellent function. Now if only everyone actually listened to the panel who give up their time to appear, instead of rudely chatting amongst themselves!!!!!

I agree it is a top night .All the boys are there and willing to have a chat. The raffles are great value as are the drinks with an open bar just for the cost of entry.Food , drink and entertainment for around 30 bucks .....best function the kennel runs by a long shot !!
