Well when the eagles did join the comp i was four years old and thats the right time to start barracking for footy. Also for the first six years of my life i was overseas and had never ever heard of football (or wasn't interested as when your 4 u dont care much about sport). So when I did come back to Australia, the Eagles were of course the obvious team to barrack for, West Aussie players and I could also see a lot of games.

So to you unregisted tosser I never have or never will support a VFL club, I am one of these loyal fans of WC that will stick by my club through lulls and I WILL NEVER STOP SUPPORTING WC.

As well as Collingwood is going at the moment, lets put some perspective in to it. They beat last year's wooden spoon winners and last night beat a team that looks like being a main candidate for the wooden spoon. If Collingwood beat North next week or even get close, I will then be convinced that things look good for them.

Home ground, Mostly Eagles supporters and the umpires were the advantages that they had. Not a bad effort from the mighty magpies if I do say so myself. We were not even at full strength. We did let them get the lead in the last quarter and good sides would have gone on with it.

How can any Eagle supporter think they have any chance against the saints.
