What’s the go at AAMI Stadium?

Walking out of AAMI Stadium today I noticed a new building was being erected on the Southern end lawns adjacent to Max Basheer reserve.

Does anyone know what it is going to be?

I was under the impression that the new clubs rooms were not going to be started until later in year as well as on the Max Basheer reserve. And the SANFL social club was going to be an extension of the crows bar.
