i wouldnt say that... wouldn'y uoi prefer to have a team where EVERYONE does well? we got 3 players here that didn't perform at the same level as everyone else - why not give others a try? i think it'd be good to give godders a run, but who knows?? we'll see!

and thankyou BT :D

Well, I guess we could drop one or two, but for who?? I mean, Godfrey, Williams, Armstrong etc. all deserve a run, but they never do anything when given the run. Armstrong is an excpetion as he is a rookie, but Godfrey and williams never do anything, sort of the same thing with Funcke. A McDonald has been poor in the ressies too, his time may be up soon too.

i went to training yesterday.. whats wrong with browny?? he was on a crutch. somethings wrong with his leg. So i think he'll be in doubt for this week!:(

i havnt heard anything, but i think it may be the same as last week where he was on crutches with his bruised shin, but still played sunday, so maybe he hit it again or something.

hmmm proberly, but theres a pic of him in todays paper walking out of the sea with johnno at st kilda beach. He was walking with the crutch aswell. So yeh, prob just badly bruised. Hopefully hes all good for this weekends match.

i didn't see him with a crutch last week..

Yeah he was on Crutches after the Essendon game (Injured kicking THAT goal against them) "Just to keep off it" he said on DEE TV. He wasn't brilliant against Brisbane but did very well for a guy with a dud leg. Browny could have the thing amputated & still be a gun, he's had a great year.

I reckon he'll play against Carlton.

i'd imagine so too. hes a damn good player - doesnt get much credit for it tho. if his leg was good enough to play against essendon, it'll be fine for carlton.

lol, problem solved! :D

Now, let's clean the board up!

Well I am ashamed to say I did not see this great victory in Brisbane. I turned off at 1/4 time in disgust. I saw a little of the 2nd quarter. I started to watch when we were with in 10 points then the Lions kicked 4 in a row, so we decided we would hit the road on our week down the beach!
I was in shock hearing the score updates as we got closer and closer and then hit the front.
I don't think I was the only one to give up hope. I saw plenty of Melbourne stickers on cars as I was driving! I was also speaking to quite a few Melbourne supporters and not many of them saw it either!
I still have not seen the match, however I have the tape and will look at it this week and just work out what exactly happened!

I can't really be bothered reading the rest of the thread, but...
What a great win it was, I predicted 6-7 goals and I was bloody close.
What was more impressive was that White, Woey, TJ, Powell and others where given a half off to help get over the Brisbane game, and that we still managed to control the game at every stage.

Lamb and Jolly are improving by the match! :D

"How good were we after quarter time today!

Neeta, what a legend"

It's easy to see why I made the mistake :D

It is indeed mate, see you at the Hawks game?
