From a straight to video comedy from the early 80's called Get Crazy that starred Ed Begley jr.

Lee Ving of FEAR played the obligatory crazy punk rock guy Piggy, with FEAR performing Hoochie Coochie Man. So good.

Trivia - John Belushi became obsessed with punk music and was friends with Derf Scratch of Fear, getting them their infamous Saturday Night Live slot.
